‘Rods Sonic Sounds’ was a name given to me by my school friends. Since a very young age I have always been interested in music. During my school days I created sound tracks for films we produced.
At the age of 17 I was playing music in a Saturday afternoon disco, usually to a group of drunk football fans waiting to see the match. The club was called ‘The Bull and Dolphin’ and was 1 of only 2 night clubs in Peterborough. Roderick has been a DJing since 1978 and 2018 will celibrate 40 years!
In 1978 music was much simpler as we really only had the 60s and 70s music. Today, the choice is much greater and there is a greater range.
Since those first days I have worked in 11 different night clubs and DJ 1000s of parties/weddings.

Today the hairs a little thinner, but the experience is greater!
